  • I cannot access my web mail, why?

    Web mail uses port 2083. If you are unable to access web mail because a firewall is blocking port 2082, you can install this proxy script cpanelproxy.net or contact us.
  • How do I change my e-mail account password?

    Login to your web mail using the information above, click on the Change Password link at the bottom left hand corner.
  • What is my POP3/SMTP mail server?

    mail.yourwebsite.com
  • How do I put web pages on my website?

    You need to login to your website using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and upload your web pages to public_html. Please see the setup page (click here) for more details.
  • Where do I put my web pages?

    The root (base) directory of your website is public_html, you can also use www which is a short cut to public_html.
  • How can I administer my web site (add e-mails, view logs, do backups, etc)?

  • I cannot access my control panel, why?

    The control panel uses port 2095. If you are unable to access the control panel because a firewall is blocking port 2095, you can install this proxy script cpanelproxy.net or contact us.
  • I bought my domain name through someone else (such as Yahoo or GoDaddy), what do I need to do?

  • How do I backup my website/e-mail/database?

    We recommend that you backup your website, e-mail and databases regularly. To download a backup, login to your control panel at http://yourwebsite.com/cpanel, click on the Backup icon, click on the Generate/Download a Full Backup link. If you have a large website, you should do this with a highspeed connection.
  • Do you run your servers in your office or home?

    No, we do not run our servers in our office or home. We use a world-class datacenter with a network operations center that is staffed 24/7 to monitor the servers and the network. Find out more here.
  • My website seems to be down or I can't reach my website.

    1. Check your internet connection by visiting Google.com or Yahoo.com. If you cannot view these websites, the problem is probably with your internet connection, not with your website. Alternatively, you can try to reach your website using another computer or ask a friend to check your website.
    2. Check your website using WebSitePulse.com or view the current server status here. If the server is down, the monitoring system will immediately alert the 24 hr support staff, please wait 10 minutes to allow them to fix the problem.
    3. If your website continues to be down for more than 10 minutes, you can contact support here.
