The Team

Silkroad Consulting is founded by Chang Cheng Hsu. He has several years of industry experience working with internet technologies since 1997. He has a wide range of knowledge of the tech industry. He also does consulting as an information systems architect.

His vision is to expand the business into China which is currently the hotbed for internet development. Hence the name of the company. Mr Hsu graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bio-Nuclear Engineering degree.
